Booking Terms

Deposit & Payment Policy

  • Bookings made more than 30 days prior to arrival require a 50% deposit upon booking. The balance is due 7 days before arrival.
  • Bookings made within 30 days of arrival or for 2-night stays require 100% payment upon booking.
  • Long Stay Bookings (e.g. December / Easter holidays) can be paid off (Subject to the sole discretion of the host) in equal monthly installments, starting with a 20% non-refundable deposit as the first payment.

Additional Charges

  • A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable for all bookings.
  • A once-off outgoing cleaning fee applies per stay, ranging from R550 – R750, depending on the unit booked.
  • Housekeeping services are not included during your stay, but can be arranged in advance at an additional cost per service.

Minimum Stay Requirements

  • Low Season: 2-night minimum stay
  • High Season: 3-night minimum stay
  • Peak Season: 10-night minimum stay thereafter 4 Nights

  • No provisional bookings are accepted.
  • All bookings and cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: [email protected]

Special Offers:

  • Cannot be combined with any other promotion.
  • Only valid for direct bookings unless otherwise specified.
  • Not applicable to existing bookings made prior to the offer release.

Important Notes

  • Pensioners discount is not applicable.
  • Property changes are not permitted after confirmation. Changing properties is treated as a cancellation and will follow the standard cancellation policy due to each property being individually owned and managed.
  • A mandatory online guest registration & indemnity form must be completed prior to arrival. No entry will be permitted without it.
  • No early check-ins before 14:00 or late check-outs after 10:00 allowed – please plan accordingly.
  • No pets, no indoor smoking, no parties, and no loud music are allowed.
  • Matric students (Matric Festival) will only be accepted if accompanied by adult guests.
  • Guests must adhere to Body Corporate & property rules at all times. Disruptive or unruly behavior will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 Days + Prior to arrival - 85% Refund
  • 22 - 29 Days Prior to arrival - 65% Refund 
  • 15 - 21 Days Prior to arrival - 40% Refund
  • 8 - 14 Days Prior to arrival - 15% Refund
  • 0 - 7 Days, including no shows, shortening of dates while in-house - No refund.
