Booking Terms

Booking Terms:

  • a 50% Deposit is required upon booking with balance payable 7 days prior to arrival. 
  • a 100% Deposit is required if the booking is made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Long Stay bookings (December / Easter) can be paid off in equal monthly installments, with a 20% non-refundable deposit as first payment.
  • All bookings exclude a refundable breakage deposit of R1000. 
  • An extra mandatory outgoing cleaning fee is applicable and ranges between R550 - R750 once-off depending on the unit booked.
  • Special offers cannot be combined with another offer. Special offers are subject to direct bookings only unless stated otherwize and cannot be claimed for existing bookings that has been made before the offer was created.
  • Bookings and Cancellations must be submitted in writing via E-mail to [email protected]
  • a Minimum stay of 2 nights apply during low season, 3 nights during high season and 10 nights during peak season.
  • No provisional bookings will be accepted. 
  • Pensioners discount will not apply.
  • Changing of properties will not be accepted and treated as a cancellation with our standard cancellation policy, due to each property being owned by individual owners and being run as separate entities in terms of payment processing & administration. 
  • a Mandatory guest registration & indemnity form must be completed prior to arrival.
  • Housekeeping services are not included during your stay, but can be pre-arranged at an additional charge per service.


  • No early arrivals before 14:00 will be accepted. Please plan your trip accordingly.
  • No later departures after 10:00 will be accepted.
  • No Pets of any kind allowed.
  • No smoking indoors allowed.
  • No Parties or loud music will be tolerated.
  • No Matric students will be accepted as primary guests without accompanying adults during annual Matric Festival.
  • All guests are bound to adhere to Body Corporate & property rules and regulations. Should unruly behavior be reported, we have the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises immediately, with no refund.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 Days + Prior to arrival - 90% Refund
  • 22 - 29 Days Prior to arrival - 65% Refund 
  • 15 - 21 Days Prior to arrival - 40% Refund
  • 8 - 14 Days Prior to arrival - 15% Refund
  • 0 - 7 Days, including no shows, shortening of dates while in-house - No refund.
