Terms and Conditions

  • Check-in time is between 14:00 - flexible (Self Check-in).
  • Absolutely no extra guests will be allowed. If guests arrive with more people than booked for, or what the maximum occupancy allows, the extra guests will be shown away immediately or the booking will be cancelled with no refund. No exceptions will be made whatsoever. Please respect our rules and regulations. If we find that extra guests have been staying on the property, a hefty fine will be issued to you or you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately with no refund. Children of all ages are counted as a guest. No requests for extra mattresses, sharing beds with parents, stretchers or "couch crashing" will be accepted. Our maximum occupancy rule has been set out by our managing Body Corporate.
  • Check-out time is strictly 10:00.
  • A Late check-out fee will apply for departures after 10:00, depending on availability. Should guests leave luggage in the unit (Packed or unpacked) and failed to vacate by check-out, we reserve the right to enter and remove your luggage from the property without guest consent, in order to get the property ready for new guests.
  • Guests are expected to remove their trash bags and refuse and place them at the designated refuse areas and leave the property in a respectable manner upon departure. Kindly treat the property like you would your own.
  • No keys are allowed to be left unattended, with security or inside the units, unlocked. Please place the key in the dedicated safe box or lock box on your departure.
  • a Guest Registration form must be completed prior to arrival.
  • Each apartment is located in a Residential complex, managed by a Body Corporate. The building is NOT a Hotel, Lodge or Guest House. We do not offer the services of such.
  • The Body Corporate has implemented strict rules, in order for all guests, permanent residents and surrounding complexes (and Hotel) to enjoy maximum safety and peace. These rules are unfortunately out of our control, thus we and our guests have to abide by them at all times or face hefty fines or eviction.
  • No under 19's (including Scholars) will be accepted as primary guests, unless accompanied by adults / parents. By no means will Matrics be accepted as primary guests whatsoever.
  • Strictly no parties or loud music will be tolerated on-site.
  • No revving or spinning of vehicles or motorcycles in the complexes.
  • Security cameras are installed throughout the complexes.
  • Children must be supervised at all times and will not be allowed to play in front or move around of neighboring residents' apartments. Kindly educate your children on this rule. Children may not jump on furniture or any building fixtures.
  • No visitors will be accepted, unless prior arrangements has been made with us, for complex security reasons. Visitors must make use of street parking and may not park on-site, restricting parking access for othe residents.
  • No visitors will be allowed to park their vehicle/s inside the complex parking area/s - Wheel clamping & a fine applies.
  • All guests will be allowed maximum 2 vehicles inside the secure complex parking as well as 1 trailor. All additional vehicles will be parked on the designated street visitors parking.
  • Strictly no pets will be allowed inside the complex, no matter how trained or small the animals are. Any guest who underhandedly brings pets into the premises, will be issued with a hefty fine by the Body Corporate and will be requested to find alternative accommodation with no refund.
  • No smoking will be allowed indoors or in elevators or corridors. Hefty fines will apply if guests fail to comply with this rule.
  • Please make sure to keep your door & pedestrian gate tags safe. a Replacement fee will be charged for lost tags / keys (from R500 per set).
  • Silence is mandatory between 23:00 - 07:00 in order for all guests and residents to experience a peaceful holiday.
  • Should we receive notice from the Body Corporate that any guest is failing to comply with the property rules or due to unruly behavior, the guest will be held liable to pay the hefty fines issued by the Body Corporate, by means of forfeiting your breakage deposit or may be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund should the disturbance be to such extend that the Caretaker or Body Corporate demand immediate departure. If any criminal activity such as on-site illegal substance use or trading, unlawful weapon discharges, violent behaviour, abuse or prostitution is suspected, we reserve the right to involve the South African Police Service to intervene.
  • By confirming your booking, you accept the rules & regulations as well as terms & conditions and policies as set out above and agree to abide by them.
