Check-In Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival, please carefully review the detailed check-in instructions provided to you prior to your arrival.

Kindly take note:

  • Do not tailgate through the entrance gate. Upon arriving at the property, please stop at the gate and contact us to confirm that you have arrived. We will then grant you access telephonically.
  • Please confirm your arrival with us, even if you are able to access the premises. Failure to make contact with us upon arrival may result in your reservation being recorded as a No-Show.
  • Check-in cut-off time: 21:00. Please ensure that you plan your journey accordingly and arrive before the check-in cut-off time.
  • We kindly ask that you keep us updated regarding your estimated arrival time, particularly if you anticipate any delays. Our team will be available to provide telephonic access assistance until 21:00 only. After this time, we cannot guarantee that someone will be available to assist with access.
  • Late arrivals: If you arrive after the designated check-in time, please be considerate of other guests and residents and avoid making excessive noise or causing any disturbance.
  • Please only make use of your designated parking space. All other parkings are private and reserved. If you are not sure about your parking, please contact us for assistance.
  • No more than 2 vehicles per apartment will be allowed access to the building, to ensure that all residents and guests alike have parking available. Additional vehicles and that of visitors are to be parked outside (Street parking).
  • Only registered and approved guests will be permitted access to the property. Please ensure that your reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests who will be staying in the apartment.
  • Our apartments have a strict maximum occupancy limit, and each apartment is specifically prepared and serviced according to the number of guests included in your reservation.
  • Additional or unregistered guests are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether they intend to stay overnight or only visit the property. This includes children of all ages.
  • If additional or unregistered guests are found on the premises, this may constitute a breach of the booking terms and conditions and may result in the reservation being cancelled without a refund.
  • Couch-surfing or allowing unregistered persons to stay overnight is strictly prohibited.
  • Under no circumstances may the number of occupants exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment.
