This spacious Duplex Beach House is located in a security complex right on the Diaz Beach. The house comprises of 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms, large living and dining space, terrace with braai facilities, outdoor seating and a jaw-dropping breaker and ocean view.
Guests can enjoy a well-deserved beach break with direct beach access, safe parking in a double garage for 2 vehicles, fully equipped kitchen space and all quality linen supplied (bring own beach towels). The inner en-closed courtyard area is a perfect space to relax with a braai, not being weather bound. This stunning house is perfect for large families of up to 8 guests. Just imagine waking up to a stunning panoramic sea view with the most beautiful sunrises and going to sleep with the soothing sounds of the crashing waves right on your doorstep.
There are three bedrooms on the upper level of the house (stairs). The Main bedroom features a King Size bed with ample wardrobe space, an en-suite bathroom with bath & shower, toilet & basin. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed with ample wardrobe space and walking out on the balcony where you will be greeted by the scenic ocean view. The third bedroom features 2 3/4 beds with wardrobe space. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet & basin.
The Fourth bedroom is located on the groundfloor and features a Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom, fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The room also has a seating area to relax with a book.
