Guest Registration & Indemnity

All guests are required to complete a mandatory guest registration & indemnity form at least 24 hours prior to arrival. We are POPIA Compliant and all information is securely stored and protected under the Act and is intended for our and the Body Corporate records only to confirm guest identity, acceptance of property & complex rules & regulations as well as for security and safety purposes.

We or the security, where applicable, have the right to deny anyone access to the property if the form has not been completed and submitted prior to your arrival.
