What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-In time is from 14:00. In order for the cleaning crew to prepare the property after the previous guests, to ensure that the unit is properly cleaned and maintenance issues addressed, we cannot permit earlier arrivals. You will receive a courtesy message should the unit be ready for check-in before 14:00
Check-out is at 10:00. No later departures are permitted, in order for the cleaning crew to prepare the property for the next arriving guests by 14:00.
How do we get access to the property?
All our property allows for convenient self check-in with key lock boxes. Detailed instructions will be sent to your prior to your arrival on how to get into the property as well as key lock box codes.
Is Cleaning Services available throughout my stay?
In order to keep our rates as low as possible, we do not include interim cleaning services during your stay. Cleaning services are available at an additional charge and must be booked well in advance, as we make use of a third party cleaning service. Linen and towel changes are also available at an additional charge for long stays.
All the properties are equipped with cleaning equipment.
Are you pet-friendly?
Unfortunately, due to our apartments being located in residential complexes, we do not allow pets. We do however have 2 pet-friendly ground floor apartments available where 1 small breed house trained dog is allowed. Please contact us for these options.
What amenities are included in my stay?
We try to stick to the self-catering principles to keep our rates as low as we possibly can. We provide coffee/tea, basic cleaning products, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets to tie you over until you get your shopping done. Please add any top ups to your shopping list.
Do you have reliable Wi-Fi?
Yes, we include free Wi-Fi at all our properties.

Do we need a car when booking at one of your properties?
Yes. Diaz Beach is located halfway between the Mossel Bay Centre and Hartenbos and a car is definitely recommended to get around.

Do you provide beach essentials?
We provide beach umbrellas and beach/pool towels. Any additional essentials must be brought along or self-catered for.
